Terms of Use of HRelper

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HRelper, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

HRelper is an online platform that assists in the recruitment and selection process. It allows users to create and publish job descriptions, which are publicly accessible for candidates to submit their resumes.

The platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze submitted resumes, providing users with an assistance tool to optimize and streamline candidate screening and selection. Access to the service is provided through email/password authentication or social accounts (Google, Microsoft, etc.).

3. Eligibility

To use HRelper, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify HRelper immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Use of Service

Users can create and manage job descriptions, which will become publicly accessible for resume submission. The platform will use artificial intelligence to analyze submitted resumes and provide assistance in the selection process.

Users are responsible for the appropriate use of stored resumes and generated analysis, as well as for complying with all applicable laws, including those related to data privacy and fair hiring practices. You may not use the service for illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or abusive activities.

6. Payments and Fees

HRelper operates on a per-resume analyzed payment model, according to the pricing table available on our website. Alternatively, users can opt for one of our monthly subscription plans, which offer different volumes of resume analysis and functionalities.

Users must maintain sufficient credit or an active subscription to cover service usage. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the HRelper platform and its technology belong to T2S Tecnologia, Soluções e Sistemas LTDA. Users retain rights to the job descriptions they create. HRelper may use platform usage data, in anonymized and aggregated form, to improve its services, as permitted by law.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

HRelper is committed to protecting data privacy. Candidate data submitted to job openings is managed by the users who created those openings. These users must comply with local data protection laws when handling this information. HRelper offers mechanisms to assist users in fulfilling requests for personal data deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

HRelper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these Terms of Use will be resolved by arbitration at an international arbitration office, as agreed by the parties. You and HRelper agree to waive any right to litigate disputes in court or participate in class actions.

11. Changes to Terms

T2S may amend the terms at any time for economic or financial reasons. Changes will be notified to users and will take effect immediately upon publication. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HRelper regarding the use of the services. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect.
