Your privacy is fundamental to HRelper ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information on our HRelper web application and informs you about our commitment to data protection, in compliance with the current laws in the United States of America (USA), European Economic Area (EEA), and Brazil.
1. No Collection of Cookies or User Data During Navigation (Unregistered Visitors)

Candidate Data:
Personal data contained in resumes submitted to job openings published on HRelper are managed by the respective users (recruiters) who created these openings. These users are the controllers of this data and are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection laws when handling this information. HRelper acts as a processor of this data, providing the infrastructure for storing and analyzing (via AI) resumes, as instructed by the recruiting user.
3. Compliance with Privacy Laws
This Privacy Policy and HRelper's data processing practices are aligned with the following data protection legislations:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - (EU) 2016/679: Applicable to individuals in the European Economic Area. HRelper commits to ensuring the rights of data subjects as established by the GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing.
- General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) - Law No. 13,709/2018: Applicable to the processing of personal data in Brazil.
