About the Role:
Nexus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our growing commercial team. This remote position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about helping sales teams operate efficiently and effectively. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining client relationships, organizing sales materials, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
Manage and update customer data in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications
Generate sales performance reports and track key metrics
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure smooth workflow
Support lead qualification and outreach tasks as needed
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
