About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mid-level HR Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a key player in our HR function, you will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR metrics and generate comprehensive reports on recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and performance to inform business strategies.
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies through audits, risk assessments, and policy updates.
- Conduct employee relations investigations, provide guidance on performance management, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards using tools like Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday or BambooHR), and data visualization software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR analysis, analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD).
- Experience in remote team management or distributed work environments.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
