About the Role

Key Responsibilities

5. Develop and maintain HR dashboards using tools like Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday or BambooHR), and data visualization software.

7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in HR analysis, analytics, or a similar role.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
4. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
