This professional will be the bridge between UBC and our clients, diagnosing complex challenges and designing strategic solutions that align their business processes with sustainable growth goals. This professional’s day-to-day life is dynamic and focused on generating value for clients, working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and Diagnosis: Conduct detailed analyses of clients' processes, structures, and markets to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Strategic Solution Development: Create action plans, roadmaps, and business models that integrate strategy, technology, and people, aligned with the client's objectives.
- Conducting Workshops and Meetings: Facilitate work sessions with stakeholders (directors, managers, and teams) to gather information, validate hypotheses, and present recommendations.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the client's business team and UBC's internal teams (technology, HR, etc.) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and complete.
- Project Management and Reporting: Monitor the progress of initiatives, measure results through KPIs, and prepare performance reports for client and UBC leadership.
- Market Research and Trends: Stay updated on innovations and best sector practices to bring relevant and competitive insights to projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management will be considered an asset.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in management consulting, strategic planning, business development, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of Frameworks: Familiarity with strategic analysis methodologies and tools, such as SWOT Analysis, Business Model Canvas, OKRs, Design Thinking, among others.
- Technology Vision: Understanding of how technology can be used as a lever to optimize processes and drive business results.
